Drivetrain attend Australian Oil & Gas (AOG) Exhibition & Conference

In March the Drivetrain sales team returned to Perth, alongside Australian oil and gas operators and suppliers for the 2024 Australian Oil & Gas (AOG) Exhibition and Conference. AOG Energy is recognised as a premier oil, gas and supply chain event, driving discussion and collaboration while providing insights into Australia’s oil, gas and clean energy sector.  With over 7,000 attendees and 200 exhibitors attending the three day event industry specialists, conference delegates and visitors explored innovations, strategies, and partnerships which will shape the future of the sector.

This year’s event focused on the clean energy transition, and how Australia will support the global demand for cleaner energy alternatives. Offering a platform to exchange ideas, network and collaborate with industry leaders AOG provided a fantastic opportunity for Drivetrain to show we are invested in supporting the advancement of renewable energy technologies, in alignment with the worldwide shift towards sustainable energy solutions.

Our Drivetrain team were excited to come together and attend one of the energy industry’s premier trade shows held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from 13th – 15th March. The Drivetrain exhibit focused on our range of Zahroof Valves and Guascor Gas Engines products while facilitating meaningful conversation with both existing and new customers.

The Drivetrain Sales and Management team were joined by Guascor Energy’s Business development manager Andoni Cabellero, who travelled from Zumaia in Spain to attend the event.  All who attended enjoyed a stimulating event, meeting some interesting guests as well as having the opportunity to extend our business networks and explore some potential leads.

While AOG has wrapped up for 2024 Drivetrain are pleased to have had the opportunity to be a part of the marquee event for the Australian Oil and Gas sector. With Drivetrain’s presence a huge success, the team are already looking forward to the next show in 2025.

IMARC 2023 – Celebrating 10 Years of IMARC and Industry

Over the last 10 years, IMARC has developed into a leading platform for the global mining industry, attracting 8,500+ registrants from 100+ countries, and welcoming participation from 46 countries at a government or ministerial level.

IMARC returned to the ICC Sydney on 31 October to 2 November and allowed us an opportunity to reflect on the progress the industry has made, and the new directions that miners, METS, Governments, and its value chain partners are embarking on to prepare for the future.

After months of planning, preparation and stand design in the lead up to the IMARC, the Drivetrain team were excited to come together from across the country and attend one of the mining industry’s largest trade shows held at the International Convention Centre, Sydney. The Drivetrain stand stylishly highlighted the Dana TM4 Electric products, Kynetic Driveshafts, Carbonco (DL & EC) and Kovatera’s impressive underground mining utility range.

Our team had an exciting three days at the Drivetrain stand, with exceptional results from the Honeycomb lead activation team. The Drivetrain group met some interesting guests as well as having the opportunity to extend their business networks and meet with some potential leads. Our amazing sales team were joined by Will Gove Kovatera’s General Manager, the Carbonco team Miss Miji Lee, Miss Seunghee Lee and Carbonco’s General Manager Mr Se Jong Young who travelled all the way from Korea for the conference.

Thank you to all who took part in the Drivetrain IMARC 2023 exhibit and congratulations for another successful event.

Drivetrain turns heads at IMARC

Drivetrain’s business development team attended the International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC) + Expo in Melbourne in October. It is Australia’s largest mining event bringing together over 7,000 decision makers including mining leaders, policy makers, investors, commodity buyers, technical experts, innovators and educators from over 100 countries. The three-day event promotes learning, deal-making and unparalleled networking.

Drivetrain invested in a large and impressive exhibition stand to showcase and promote our innovative suite of products focused on improving our customers’ operations, through production and environmental efficiencies. The hero of our stand was the brand-new Kovatera UT99 underground utility vehicle which we had on display. This imposing piece of machinery attracted constant attention and drew in the crowds. The Expo was a huge success and our sales team had the opportunity to engage with many people across the mining industry.
